Cannot login with spotify app

I have a spotify premium account. But i cannot log in. I can login using the web player but not the spotify app. Tried all sorts of solution as suggested in the website. But still cannot. Can someone contact me at <removed sensitive information>. I try to reset password, but it does not resolve the problem.
