The issue may be related to your internet connection. Have you tried visiting spotify.com through your mobile data?

i tried changed my country to US and it worked out!

I am attempting to purchase an ecard and when I enter my CC info and click "Buy Premium Gift Card" the screen attempts to load but does not go through.
