Cannot redeem premium family code due to invalid address

Yesterday, I was randomly kicked off my family account and today had my brother send me the code again. I tried to redeem it but keep getting the error that the address is incorrect. How is this possible? I live here!

Whatever it is, these ads are driving me insane. Please help 😑
