Cannot unsubscribe!?

I do not want to use spotify premium anymore and  I'm required to enter my password before it cancels it, but whenever I do, it tells me that I have enetered an incorrect password. help me out

When unsubscribing, try logging out of Facebook first, then heading over to Spotify. Failing that, you might want to try it using a different browser - Google Chrome, Safari, so on.
