I would like to upgrade my account, however the /hu/purchase/panel page shows an empty white page.
There are javascript errors on the page, namely it cannot load 2 different js bundles from fastly.net (offer-panel and sessioncam), and possibly therefore I get an error saying spweb.payments.newflow is not a function, and cannot read property sessioncam of undefined.
I'm trying to subscribe to Premium but the page just shows the black "Spotify" bar at the top and its blank for the rest of the page. I've tried on my phone and it's the same thing.
I had to cancel my old debit cart I was using for the account so it suspended my account, I guess, but when I hit the option to update my payment for my new card, nothing loads. I tried multiple browsers and the phone app, but the neither the purchase page nor the page for updating my payment methods load.

I have tried on both my phone (Android) and laptop (Macbook), on and off Wi-Fi, but I am unable to get the payment details page to load. I had to get a new debit card number and I have a family account... I don't want everyone's service to be interrupted. Please fix ASAP.

when i click the "get premium now" tab, the screen is white. not loading, just no display. How can I proceed? I've tried to do this on several devices, none of them let me get past this white screen. There's no error message so I don't know what the problem could be

When I go to my account page and try to upgrade from free to a family account I am redirected to a page with the Spotify logo in the upper left and my log in on the right in the header and the rest of the page is blank.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to upgrade to Premium. The "Get Premium" link brings me to a blank page. I've tried some of the solutions suggested in the forums, but nothing has worked yet.

I have tried on several different devices to try and upgrade to premium but everytime i try and upgrade, this webpage https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/panel/ is blank and wont let me upgrade??? I would like to upgrade but i actually cant. I have tried to several times before, when it would let me see this webpage to get the student discount, Now i am 100% sure I am elligble but this screen is blank on the 3 seperate devices i have tried to use. I tried clearing my cache and cookies as well to no avail.

habe ein Abo für Spotify premium. Jetzt versuche ich verzweifelt auf Familie up zu graden. Das will mir nicht gelingen.
Klicke ich mich durch das Menü endet meine reise nach dem ich auf "los gehts" geklickt habe, immer auf einer weißen Seite.
Alle Step by Step Anleitungen aus dem Netz sehen easy aus, enden aber immer auf dieser weißen Seite. Ist da im Moment etwas nicht i.O.? Oder bin ich zu Blöd?
Das zweite hoffe ich natürlich nicht. 🙂
