Cant Purchase 3 months trial promotion for RM2 using MOLPoints

I try to purchase 3 months RM2 promotion and they give me 3 payment options to select. I can't use my card since its not available for international e commerce. Second option is DIGI. I'm not DIGI's user . Then I choose the 3rd option which is MOLPoints. But I need to sign up and reload. All step is done. But when I try to subscribe, there is no option for me to buy the promotion. I need to pay standard price!!!!  If I can't subscribe for promotion price then why they put MOLPoints in the list??????????????????????????????????????????????????
