Cant add a subscription plan

Hello. I currently live in Bulgaria but my credit cards are from Turkey. When I try to upgrade my account, system doesnt let me. If I try to add my Paypal account I get this message: ''Sorry, we couldn't process your order. This may be a result of your payment card or PayPal account being registered in a different country to the one you chose. Please try again or contact customer support if the problem remains.'' Please help me. 

(Cant change the country. It says I have to add a subscription plan first which I cannot.)

Your Spotify registered country and your payment card need to be from the same country for licensing purposes.

In that case have you got in touch with customer support as suggested? If so, can you let us know your 8-digit case number (it's in the automated email) and we can get it chased up for you?
