Cant cancel my subscription

I linked my spotify account to my facebook account and now my facebook account was reported and i cant access my song through spotify . can anyone please help me tell how can i can my subscription?

Okay, you should try contacting support, they should be able to take a look backstage and figure out how to help you. Please provide them with as much information as possible by either messaging them at SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter or through this contact form.
