Cant deactiv my subscription!

Hey, the last 2 month i deactive the subscription. Now i look on my Paypal transaction, i can see 2x 9,99€. But i dosent want these any more.

First, be sure you have cancelled your subscription by following the steps here:

Then, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Unfortunately all billing issues are dealt with by the contact form team so we aren't really able to help here on the community. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
