Cant get in my premium account

I have another account with premium on it the username is dodgydodgion-us I do not know what email I used nor the password there fore I cannot get into the account I would like to cancel my premium unless I can get into that account please help thanks!

I have the same problem..seem to have signed into another account i wasnt sure i had and my main account is premium and i dont know how to solve this any ideas

Hello @Dodgydodgion-6, Welcome to the Community!

You can enter your username at the Password Reset page of Spotify.

After you have clicked Send, you receive an email with a link to reset your password that is linked too that username.

Sorry i cant seem to find my post on here and ive done all that i enter user name and it sends it to one email but nothing shows up in any of my email accounts so im baffled

@Sylvianash7 I see that you have found your other Topic* and have replied there.

An alternative way to find back your username is to hit CTRL+R, type %appdata%/Spotify/Users and hit enter.

There you'll find all usernames that are used with Spotify.

If the usename is a number, you can log into Spotify with another account and search for spotify:user:12345678901 without the -user at the end.

After you have hit enter, you are looking at the User page of one of your aucounts page that is linked to Facebook. 

Now you ony have to find back the Facebook account that has the same Name and Profile picture.
