Hey there @bellaiverborg and welcome to the Community!
I've never seen an account designation of "Premium Free." Could you go to www.spotify.com/account/overview and post what it says there? It should say "Premium" or "Free." Also, if it says Premium, what is your renewal date on the right side of the page?
Once we know what we're looking at, I might be able to help a little more.
