Cant log to account Family premium

Hello. My friend - leader of familly group sent me an invitation to a Premium family with code SPF9wwhSF2AVx. After clicking on the link in the email to me redirect you filled form, where I wrote the same address as the main account holder and family with the same zip code and then i got an information: ,,you can´t join this Premium for Family account. We couldn´t confirm that you live at the same address as the main account holder". How to further advance the use Spotify please? Thank you in advance for you answer. Sincerely, Miloš.
