Cant login (Error Code 3) and forgot E-Mail

Hello,

I have a Problem: I upgraded to Premium a few Days ago and everything worked fine. But since today I cant login (Error Code 3) even though my Username and Password are correct. Sometime i can login for like 5 seconds and then i get kicked out of my Account and Error Code 3 pops up.... 

 

But thats not only Problem. I wanted to change my Password, since it could be that my Password got "hacked" or sth like this. But I cant login and I forgot my E-Mail Address. Is there any way I can see which Address I used for my Account?

 

pls help me! 😄

So i got it kinda fixed. 

 

I just wrote a E-Mail to the Support and gave them my nickname and further information so they know it is my account. Then i asked them to change the current E-Mail Address that i forgot. They changed it and I could reset my Password and could login again.

 

---->     support@spotify.com

 

Well I dont know why I couldnt login but the Support helped me out.
