Unable to login - Premium User

Unable to login - Premium User

I am a premium user. For some reason, my Spotify app decided to log out this morning. I have tried logging in again using my username and password, but it doesn't recognise it. I have also tried requesting a password reminder, but nothing gets e-mailed to me. I have also e-mailed support@spotify.com and tweeted @spotifycares, but have had no response.

 

I have also had to create a new dummy account (shaunguyver2) just to be able to post this message. My real username is 'shaunguyver'.

 

Does anybody have any idea where I go from here? A telephone number would be helpful, but I guess Spotify don't care that much about their paying customers. Really disappointing experience so far.

Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours. If you haven't received a reply to your tweet within 48 hours, please let me know.
