Cant receive a PIN for Payment confirmation

Hi Team. Im a premium subscriber for a long time already . I received an an email from you guys indicating that my premium account was paused due to payment cannot be taken from my postpaid account (SMART) . I tried calling my network provider which they confirmed that theres nothing wrong with my account. I decided to downgrade my spotify account from premium to free . Then I tried registering again to premium with the same payment method using my smart mobile payment as an option. Every time I hit continue given with my correct phone number . Theres an error will occur saying " the PIN confirmation for payment cannot be sent to my number provided could be wrong or try again" I actually checked all my infos many times and process the order again and still getting the same error. Please help. For reference please check attached screenshot files.
