Cant recover my ID

My Question or Issue

Today, I suddenly got logged out of my ID. Ignoring it by taking it as a glitch I tried to re-login into my ID and entered my phone number but when I entered the 6-digit Code, it is showing an error saying code being invalid but the code was the same as I got on my SMS and I also tried to login using my email but it says invalid password and when I applied for reseting my password Im not getting the email of the password reset.

Please Help.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, we'd recommend trying to re-send the code to your device. In case you'd like to reset your password and are not receiving the password reset email, it's best to check your spam/junk folder and make sure that you haven't blocked emails from Spotify.
