Cant remember my premium account details

I looged out and when i signed in with what i thought was my account details and found out it wasnt..ive just became a premium holder and now i cant access it or cancel it..help

Hello @Sylvianash7, Welcome to the Community!

You can recover your username by entering every one of your email addresses at the Password Reset page.

If the email address is not linked to Facebook, you will receive an email with your username.

Else you have to use Facebook to log into Spotify with that email address to check if that account has premium.

How do i check if im premium on my account as its saying i need to upgrade to it as im a premium member for 3 months at 99p

You can check if you are Premium and the end/renewal date at the Subscription and payment page of your account.

Yes but on this account says im on the free..but ive checked my bank and its charged me 99p for the free months deal so whats going on as ive tried the other account and it says doesnt match..but when i enter a username it sends a password to re set but not to any of the emails i have...weird

Than I suggest you to customer support by sending an email to:

support@spotify.com

They'll help you out and can find out wish account made the payment.

On average they'll reply within 24 to 48 hours.
