Cant update payment method

Cant update payment method

get the error message 'Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.' when i try to update the card I am using to the new one i got.

I have a similar issue, the update paymant method page doesn't finish to load....

I could load the page, now happens exactly the same as you...

i left it for a bit and cleared my history so it didnt remember my details and then refereshed it and tried again and it did finally work. Hope the same works for you

I'm having an similar issue. It  is stucked on a loading screen.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
