Card was charged, but i still went back to spotify free

Hello Guys!

I'm a User from Germany that now uses Spotify-premium for about 3/4 of a year.

I just recently got the "we couldn't charge your Card"-Message and shortly after went down to Spotify-Free.

The thing is: The money was paid and we didn't change anything regarding the card.

 

Any suggestions what i should do to get my Premium-Service back? 🙂

Hi. What does your subscription status show?

"You're using Spotify Free" 😕

Are you sure you're logged in to the correct account (facebook login or username/password)? If the receipts page doesn't show any payments, it suggests you have created a new account.

 

Try logging out then back in. If you still can't get anywhere, use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.
