Charged for Premium, registered as Free

Charged for Premium, registered as Free

Dear Spotify,<br><br>Up until 8 months ago I was registered as a Premium user. Arond then, my credit card expired and I no longer renewed my payment information. <br><br>I recently decided to renewe my information and re-upgrade to Spotify Premium. I have now been charged twice (in two months) for the account, but I am still registered as a Spotify Free user and have been unable to either use the Premium tools or cancel the payments.<br><br>Could anyone help me?<br><br>Thanks

Hi thanks, unfortunately none of those steps worked. It still shows me as Spotify Free on my account information. I tried to reinstall on both my computer and iPad but it is not working.

 

Anything else I can try?

Well, you could post in that thread and one of the staf mods will pick it up or you could use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.
