Change Country

I can't seem to change the country on my account as I need to use my US card now and Spotify help keeps taking me in circles.  Does anyone know what I need to do?  I've clicked in the address area of my account and selected change country and then when I enter in my US card details and the box pops up to change my country it doens't go anywhere!  This is super frustrating especially since all the links in the help files do not actually go to what they are supposed to.
