Change country but keep the same users

I should leave uk for go to live in spain, I should stop my premium here and start one in spain.. I could keep the same account or I will lose all the songs?

Don't worry. When you change your country on the account you will keep all of your music.

When you arrive in Spain, you can update your country settings on your account following these directions.

Then to subscribe to premium in Spain, you will need a payment method from Spain. You can't use a payment method from the UK.
