Change of country. Please help.

I recently unsubcribe my spotify premium because its fixed to my home country Malaysia. I am now in Singapore have subscribe Spotify premium under Singtel Adds On but my account country still remain the same. I tried to to change in Spotify website but I cant save it, the other options is required me to fill in my cards which I afraid if I will be charged twice (from spotify and singtel). Please kindly help me with my concern. Tq.
