Change of two mail adresses in two accounts

Hi, quite a while ago I got Spotify Family. Unfortunately, however, I am using my wife's account and vice versa with all our playlists an so on. 

Is it possible you change the two mail adresses of the linked accounts? It's only  the mail adress which I cannot change because on my mail "an account exists already".  

Else we both would have to delete all our playlists, albums and so on and create our accounts +/- from the scratch.
