Change payment method to a new debit card

Change payment method to a new debit card

I recently got a new debit card and need to change my payment method. I have tried multiple times the last week or so, but Spotify never accepts it. It just says that something went wrong. I have checked all the numbers multiple times. Spotify keeps trying to charge my old card, so it always sends me alerts that the payment has failed. I don't want to lose access. What else can I do?

Have you tried changing your payment method online, on the phone and on the app?This has happened to me before and I think there was just a bug on the app because when I put in the information online it worked. Additionally make sure your debit card is activated and has enough money in the account. Try restarting the app or reloading the website and retyping the information.
