Change subscription not possible

My Question or Issue

I currently have a free trial subscription to Premium Individuals, which expires on March 23. It is not possible to change the subscription. I would like to switch to Premium Duo. I can also select this under available subscriptions. Then there is another selection and I click on “Get Premium Duo”. Then it repeats and I end up not changing anything. Please help, thank you!

Unfortunately, the result is the same. I end up in the ‘endless loop’ again.
