Changed password twice and logged everyone out twice

Someone keeps logging into my account - I changed my fb password and my Spotify password twice and each time selected the "log off all devices" options too. However someone is still using my paid for spotify. Is there a way to ban devices or find out who it is? Or is there anything else I can do? It's hugely irritating when I'm listening on my own account and it gets stopped by some randomer...

If you've removed all the devices from your account and changed passwords already using this page and you're still suffering I would suggest having a chat with Spotify Cares through this contact form, their facebook or twitter, they should be able to help.
