Changing Password

Hello,  I have forgotten my password and when I got to change it  the system asks for my current password in order to confirm the change..I don't remember it hence why I want to change it!  I've never had an issue like this on any website until now.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, you'll need to know your existing to change your password from your account profile. If you've forgotten your existing password, you can get it reset here. If you don't get it immediately, make sure to check your spam/junk folders because they have a nasty habit of ending up there.
