Changing country without facebook

I recently moved from Spain to South Korea. I read that after 14 days I need to change my location settings or upgrade to Premium account. I would like to remain in Free Spotify, but I can't change my country setting. 

When I try to log into the desktop version I get a link to the Spotify website to change my account information, but I can't select other country than Spain. 

Did anyone have this problem? How can I solve it?

did you logout, clean cache and cookies, and log on to the desktop version again to make these changes?

I tried but the problem remains. I did a little researched and I noticed Spotify isn't available in South Korea, so I guess that's the problem. I even tried to open a new account from here but it didn't work.
