Changing country

Hi, 

Currently I've moved for 6 month to other country, and as its kinda pricey to use mobile network here (plus its slow) decided to buy Spotify premium, but when I trying to change my country in account setting I can't because of "this email is already in use", but I'm trying to change only the country .

What should I do, how can I change the county (it's not changing automatically) .

P. S. For week I have only phone until my stuff will arrive.

Just to confirm, can you let us know the country you're at right now?

 

If you're in a country where Spotify is available, you should be able to change your country settings if your account is on Free with these steps. We suggest that you try it from a Google Chrome incognito window, using a computer if possible.

 

If you have the Premium service on your account (Premium subscription or free trial), you'll need to cancel that subscription and wait for your account to go back to the Free service before you're able to change the country settings in your account.
