Changing email with out access to the account

My Question or Issue

I am currently trying to gain access to my mothers spotify account that she has forgot the username and password too. I finally figured out what email she had attached to her account so I could reset the password, but she doesnt have access to that email anymore. Is there anyway customer service can change the email associated with the account for me with proof of identity? the account is under my branched family account and I just need to help her regain access.
