Changing my Country to Indonesia

So spotify has come to Indonesia where I currently live.  It's much cheaper than my UK premium account (Rp49,000 1/4 of the price).  When I change the country and try to enter the new payment details first of all it doesn't match the price offered to new users in indonesia it gives the higher price of premium plus 1 family member (Rp74,985 still cheaper than the uk but not as cheap as just 1 premium account) and secondly it doesn't give all of the payment methods offered to new members in Indonesia (you can pay by bank transfer as not many people have credit cards in Indonesia) since I don't have an Indonesian credit card I can't make the payment.  I thought of cancelling my subscription then changing the country and re-subscribing to premium but I'm not sure if it will be the same problem.

You can only see the Family plans because you have an active Premium subscription - You can update your country/currency by updating your payment method. 

Note: Your account will be set to the new country at your next payment date.

Hi, I am about to do the same for Peru, but it is showing me the same price in GBP from the UK as before. I don't want to sign up on the GBP price when I live in Peru. How do I know that it will charge me in Soles and when?
