Changing to Duo Basic

I currently have a Duo Premium account. I want to switch to Duo Basic. My question is what happens to the other account that mine is paired with for the Duo subscription? If I make this change, will it follow mine across to the Duo Basic tier?

That’s what I’d assumed but I was a little concerned by a message saying nothing would change for the other user.

Yes, the other account would change to Basic too, since you're the one making the change, and getting billed.
