Changing user name

I want to change the username on my account, but not the password! Is there a way I can do it?

Hi donholley77! As of right now there is no way of changing your username. If you really want a new username, then your only option is to create a new account, and then contact support and request that they transfer your playlists over to your new account. I just go my phone back and lost all my emails and passwords and I had the premium and I can't remember the password and I tried resting it but I need my old email which I can't get in to and I pay every month for it what am I supposed to do

Hi bugzymeekocli. I would recommend getting in touch with support through this from amd seeing if they can recover your account for you. This is the "anonymous" contact form, so you'll be able to input your email of choice you want them to reply to. For the form to work, make sure you are completely logged out of Spotify.com, otherwise it will use your account information automatically. Please note that you will most likely receive an automated email back from support directing you to the forums or the FAQ page; just ignore that, and reply back directly to that email (even if it comes from a no-reply address), and support should help sort your issue out as soon as they can.
