Charged 4.99 but don't have the service

Hello, last night I was going to get premium using my nus card. after putting in my bank details and going through to the part in which you enter your nus card details I couldn't find my nus card. this morning I have found my nus card and tried to enter my bank details again and it's taken the 4.99 out of my bank already, I know this because I only had £5 in my bank account last night so the transaction failed this morning. I also haven't got my premium, any help?

You need to contact Spotify support:
https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
Select these options: Subscription -> I paid for Premium but my account is still on Free -> I still need help
If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
