I was charge three times for renewing my premium subscription this morning. I'm wondering how long it will be before I will get a refund.

As this is a payment issue; I recommend you submit an online contact form.

If you get an automated reply; be sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no-reply) and someone at Spotify will take a look.
