Charged Twice

Charged Twice

I have been charged twice by paypal for unlimited, having looked through the help pages I see that apparently spotify systems will pick up this mistake and extend my renewal date.. this has not happened on my account... please advise asap

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Normally its a quick case of having two accounts, but they won't let you be out of pocket 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have had a look at your account and it seems that the two payments in June have been added together and will make your next payment in August.  If this is OK, the system will run as normal.  If not, please contact us on the link given above and an agent will refund the extra charge and bring your subscription back to July.
