Charged anyway

I canceled my membership, and a few weeks after I did so, I tried to reactivate as a student with a student account. But I did so, it would not register it. And I was charged anyway, and my Spotify is still not working. Someone help!

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email, it's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
