Problem finding My Music sidebar

HI, I have an account with Spotify (only been here a few times).  When I log in I can go to my account/profile, but I can't seem to get to the page with the sidebar on the left to see my playlists, etc.

I was on earlier & was in my playlists, etc., with my favorite artists & music.  While picking genres for the radio all of a sudden a small box popped up over page I was on that said something like 'trying again to re-connect to spotify' for like 20 min or so. 

I logged out & logged back in and that's when the problem started. 

Now the only thing I can see is my profile & account, no sidebars none of my music or playlists etc.

Please Help!

Hi there and welcome to the community,

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

If you still are having these issues, could you then post:

 - Your device

 - Your Spotify Version

 - A screenshot
