Charged at first day of the 30 days free premium

Charged at first day of the 30 days free premium

I've activate to try 30 days free premium Spotify. I've received the first 0€ paypal activation. After that, one hour ago just received another paypal payment €9,99, regarding the Spotify premium service. Wasn't this supposed to be 30 days free of charge?

 

I've canceled my Spotify suscription, but I want to know how can I obtain a refund for the value Spotify charged me.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form to discuss refunds since billing queries are always dealt with by them.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
