Sportify Family cant verify Adresse

Hi,

 

today my wife received an Email from Spotify with: We've downgraded your Spotify Family Account to Spotify Free because your Adress cant be verified.

Iam wondering which Adress couldnt be verified, because i (main acc) registered with my Facebook-Account which only contains my City, but nothing Else.

In my Account Settings i can only See my Country(Germany) and no PLZ(cant Add it).

So how can i get my wife backup to Spotify Premium?

Hey @Rayv1

 

If you're the Family Admin, send the invite again. Let her accept the invite logged in with her own username in the app and in the website. She should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of him being left out.

I invited my wife to the premium family account and it was working just fine until today. It says that it can't verify her address. She entered the address exactly as in my account.

 How can I solve this issue.

We followed exactly the steps that you mentioned above and it's still not working. I am the admin and we mived 3 months ago so i changed the address yesterday. The only address I see in my account is the postal code. My wife is asked to enter the full address. Where can I see the full address?

Unfortunately, for the time being, it’s not possible to check or change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family subscription.

 

If you move, or don't remember your address details, you need to create a new account, subscribe to Premium for Family on that account, and cancel the subscription on your old account.

 

After that, contact customer support, and they'll transfer your playlists from your old account to the new one.
