Charged but unable to receive premium

I paid yesterday online for Premium Student pricing at $4.99 and it did not go through because it could not verify the school information until I did it manually. I did not hear anything back until this morning that I was finally verified but I noticed that I was charged yesterday to my account. I then tried logging on through both computers and my phone. I uninstalled spotify on all three devices but my spotify is not recognizing  that I made the purchase. It should be set up with lindsey.c@stu.aii.edu I go to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and my names is Lindsey Carroll. I was also charged twice which makes it even the more concerning.
