Charged for Premium not Unlimited

Hi Spotify

I changed my Spotify account to Unlimited before the end of my free trial of Premium rather than cancelling it all together and was informed I'd be charged £4.99 on 30/10/2013

However,  I have been charged the premium amount. 

Can you help?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to make sure you only get charged 4.99 in future and refund the excess.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
