Charged incorrectly

I signed up for student spotify premium a couple of months ago, after being charged £4.99 for the first months subscription I have now being charged the full £9.99

Hi. Payment issues can be resolved by contacting the payment team. Please use the online contact form and someone at Spotify will get in touch. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.

Hi I've been charged twice thismonth.. please recftify this. Not a great start to the service its only my second month 

Cancelled yet still being charged.. is becoming an all-too common occurance..

 

I also signed up for "free Trial"  and cancelled well within the time frame, giving the reason as being that "I don't use the service enough to make sense paying for it."

 

Yet I find I was still charged yesterday and then find my account also actively being stated as a premium subscription.

 

Now I admit that I am frustrated, and I understand that mistakes may happen, but I also find that this all too often with "free trials" once I give an online service my payment information.. 

 

It wouldn't be as much of a problem if there was a more efficient way to contact billing and clear up the situation.. But I am frustrated because it becomes a time consuming issue by both, having to explain the situation twice, then having to search through Q and A forums to find the right person to contact about the issue.

 

It leads me to wonder if online "services" are just taking statistical advantage of a common fact in human oversight and leading them to lose funds just for not being twice as dilligent..
