Charged twice for 1 month

Charged twice for 1 month

Got charged twice in 1 month for 1 sub to premuim. I only have the one receipt for one charge but then another one came through. I checked if I have another account using the websites recover password. I also checked all my other email accounts for the second receipt but found none. I only have the one account that I used fackbook to sign in. I don't want a extra 1 month to this knowm issues, I want my money back that I didnt want to spend that spotify has changed me twice. This is a issues lots of people have been getting since 2012 that I could find on google and this website.
