Charged twice per month only 2 weeks apart

Charged twice per month only 2 weeks apart

I just got charged 9.99 Oct 13 witch my bill was already paid for Oct n you are charging me again Nov 4th 9.99 I want my subscription cancelled and I would like to talk to someone in management I would like my money back this has not been the first time Spotify has done this I'm over it i just want my last two payments back since they weren't even supposed to be deducted and my account cancelled I will no longer use Spotify and will not stop writing and trying to get ahold of Spotify until my issue is resolved
