IPhone using wrong FB profile

Hi there, I used to have Spotify Premium and used my wife's I-phone to connect. I no longer have premium but she has recently got it. However when she tries to log in from her phone using the log-in via Facebook option it takes her to my now free account. We can't remember her password and when trying to reset we are told that you login via facebook! Stuck in a vicious circle. We tried uninstalling spotify on her phone but after reinstalling it still connected to my account....all other links on her phone use HER Facebook login but not this one. Any ideas out there?

This means that her Facebook profile was linked to your old account. She can login using her username and password instead of her full email address.
