Charged twice this month

Charged twice this month

Hello, 

 

I was charged twice this month (yesterday) and I haven't changed anything on my account, its the same number of accounts as always has been.

Can I have this issue sorted out?

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! 
 

Sometimes a Spotify user may create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have two or more Premium accounts you're getting charged for. 

 

We suggest you first head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.

 

In case you manage to locate a second Premium account, follow these steps to cancel. If you can’t access the account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.

I have checked and I don't have any more accounts. Only this one where I'm writing these replies from. What else should I do?
