Charged twice

I subscribed with my Facebook account and then tried to change my subscription to a student account and ever since every month I have been charged for £9.99 and then 1 week later I get charged £4.99 how can I stop this as it's very annoying?

I had this problem when I first signed up on my old account. I cancelled it, waited a day or two, and resubscribed. That seemed to work for me.
