Charged two different amounts pending on account.

Charged two different amounts pending on account.

I re-activated my subscription but have been charged two different levels. I first started to go with the student plan but when they said you needed to put in a school name, I decided to back out and go with the regular premium plan, which I did. After looking at my transaction, I now have two charges on my account, one for each of the levels of subscription(s) paid for, however, I only got a confirmation receipt for the regular premium level and not for the student level which is the correct receipt. How do I get the lower rate charge refunded back onto my account being that it was mistake and changed quickly to the premium level preferred?

If you received an email receipt for only one of the two charges, then the other charge should only be listed as a "pending" transaction, and it will be canceled soon. If both charges are still listed on your account in a few days, please let me know and I will help you contact Spotify support and get a refund! Happy listening 🙂
